Welcome to Live,Laugh,Love And Lose, this is my personal blog where I share recipes, tips, personal experiences and try and motivate you all to get healthy and shed a few pounds, but who am I? My name is Sarah Jane, I’m 26 and I live in Ireland, I am currently working as a radio presenter in Dublin’s FM104. Over a total of 17 months I lost 8 stone in weight, no juice fads or starving myself, just good old fashioned hard work. I began blogging in March of 2015 not only to hold myself accountable, but also to share with you the little nuggets of useful information I’ve learned along the way, which will hopefully make it easier for you to get started on your goals. Going from 17 stone to my current weight of 9 stone hasn’t been easy, but let me tell you, It is life changing and definitely worth the blood, sweat and tears.So if you are trying to find the motivation or even a method to losing weight, I will be bringing you my experiences, findings, tips and tricks, what to do and what not to do and hopefully you can join me and we can lose weight together. All we need to remember is to keep Living, Laughing,Loving and of course Losing!
