A Little Progress Everyday Adds Up To Big Results!

I’ve always been a little scared to share my progress pictures, Putting yourself out there can be hard, but just showing people that it is possible to change your body can be motivating and can give people the inspiration they need to start their weight loss. I made these little collages since I began my weightloss in 2014, sometimes when you are so focused on losing weight you can become a little disheartened when you don’t notice change in a short time frame, so these little collages served as a great booster in a week when I didn’t lose any weight,  because slow progress is still progress and although I might not have lost any that week I am reminded by these pictures that I am on the right track and need to stay strong and keep going.
